Suitability: Children who demonstrate good freestyle and backstroke technique
The Pat Taylor Advanced Stroke Correction Class is the last learning to swim class before your child is ready to join our Mini Squad.
The main objective is to spend time with your child to further refine their freestyle and backstroke technique, while more advanced breaststroke techniques are introduced. This is also the first time we introduce your child to the hardest stroke, butterfly, by starting out with dolphin kicks.
Our instructors will focus on swimming longer distances with simple drills and a greater awareness of stroke technique. We will also improve your child’s diving technique to ensure they are more refined.
As with all Pat Taylor Swim School classes, water safety plays an important part of your child’s education.
Class Details
Warm Hydrotherapy Pool
Our hydrotherapy pool is heated to a gentle 32°C, creating a calm and comfortable environment where your baby can feel safe and relaxed in the water.
Onsite Facilities
Warm showers are available after each lesson, making it easy to keep your baby comfortable before heading home.
Tuition
$270 (10 Week Term)
Private lessons: $880 per term
Make-Up Classes
If your child misses a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we offer make-up lessons (subject to availability).
