About Water Baby Class

Surrounded by beautiful beaches, ocean pools, lakes and lagoons, your baby is lucky to be growing up in the Northern Beaches. That’s why it’s important for your baby to feel familiar and safe around water.

Ensure your infant or toddler gets off to the best possible start in our Water Baby Class. Our highly trained instructors will begin to lay a foundation of crucial swimming skills at a pace that is comfortable for your baby and their development. In the Pat Taylor swimming lessons, your baby will learn basic swimming fundamentals such as blowing bubbles, paddles and floats. Your baby will also learn to submerge when aquatic readiness is shown.

Age appropriate activities with songs and games enhance the learning environment.

All lessons are in small groups, with a parent or carer in the water with their baby to facilitate quicker learning.
